The salesman referred us to Tyler the store manager who was probably the best contact we have had at a sprint store in the 11 years we have been with them. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I have had bad experiences plenty of times trying to get my phone issues handled and even if I lived in New Orleans or Baton Rouge it would be worth the drive to visit this store. Thanks again Tyler.
